Water purification
PATHION Water delivers water purification systems that exceed all WHO and International-EPA standards. We combine several purification processes, starting with 5-micron and 1-micron filtration to remove any parasites; a proprietary formula of multi-media components that eliminate hazardous chemicals more effectively than chlorine or carbon filtration; and finally, the water passes through an Ultra-Violet (UV) and ozonification component to kill any remaining bacteria and viruses
De-salination
PATHION Water uses an innovative Saltwater Purification Process based on filtration systems that capture salt and can handle saltwater removal at concentrations of tens of thousands of PPM. Our de-salination systems can be used stand-alone to produce water meeting acceptable drinking water standards, or can be paired with our water purification systems as a secondary filtration that produces the highest quality drinking water
Wastewater treatment
The PATHION wastewater treatment system utilizes the extended aeration method of sewage treatment that involves five separate operations on untreated wastewater: first, a coarse screening process removes trash and larger solids; second, the aeration process mixes raw sewage with water containing very active aerobic bacteria that consume the organic waste material; third, the water enters a clarifier and undergoes a settling process in which sludge is separated from the water; fourth, the water enters a recycling process using a pre-filtration process to separate and collect all suspended solids; and finally, the water can be purified as detailed above under “Water Purification.”
Industrial water recycling
The PATHION Water treatment and recycling process cleans wastewater, mine tailings, and other industrial effluent resulting in reusable water. In a mine, this can be used to both reduce environmental impact and gain reusable water. For industrial processes, we can eliminate your need to dispose of water and reduce your need for new water as you can reuse the water over and over again. Our rigorous treatment process ensures the resulting clean water won’t damage your machines or generate penalties if discharged.
